it also entails practicing with dedication while maintaining detachment.
When we practice Hatha Yoga we bring our attention
to the body.
Hatha Yoga moves us towards a general state
of balance and well being.
This practice combines yoga poses āsanas and focus on our breath and physical sensations.
The goal is about improving mobility and interception. It is not about physical performance.
Yoga stars where you are.
It's your body, it's your practice.
